Damage caused by improper use, storage, or an unsuitable bed base
Stains, burns, cuts, spills, or accidental damage
General wear and tear
Valid for the original purchaser only
Proof of purchase is required
Mattress must be used on a suitable, supportive base
Mattress must be kept in a clean, hygienic condition
Warranty is non-transferable
